Our Easy 5 Step Design Process

1. Initial Contact

This step is the initial contact between you and Apollo Internet Solutions Inc., either via phone or email. We will give you an overview of our services and costs. If you decide that you want us to design and host your web site then we can move on to the next step.

2. Requirements and Quote

This step is to gather the requirements that will be used to design your web site. Our project manager will work with you to understand your business needs and design features. We will then submit to you a proposal that includes the detailed project plan, timeline, and a quote for the services. To begin work on your web site, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit can be paid via a check or money order.

3. Sample Design

After we receive the 50% deposit, we will register a domain name for you if you don't have one. We will build a web site sample design based on your requirements and e-mail you the sample design for your review. After you review the design, you may request additional changes if desired. Based on your input, we may adjust our quote if necessary. This step is very critical because your new web site will be based on the sample that you approve.

4. Development

Once we have the sample that you approve, we will start building your web site. You will provide us with the contents, photos, audio, video, etc. as necessary. Our project manager will keep you informed of the progress and work with you on the detailed contents. When the site is completed, you will be able to review it and make any final edits.

5. Publishing

Once the web site is built and approved, we will then publish your web site on the Internet through our hosting server. You will then pay the remaining 50% balance that is due plus the web site hosting fee. We will continue to maintain your web site with our low hourly rate whenever you need to make a change.
